Terms and Conditions

1) Introduction

These Terms govern the use of Magnummy Ltd. services and products available at magnummy.com. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements provided during purchase or signup.

2) Services

• Booked services may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Services cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• Services cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable due to resource allocation.
• Once a service has been fully performed, no refund is available.

3) Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (reports, templates, dashboards, downloads) are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• If a technical issue prevents access or the file is corrupted, we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost.
• If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Non-refundable status is justified because digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered electronically.

4) Physical Goods

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items, using the same payment method originally provided.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

6) Limitations of Liability

Magnummy Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, except where prohibited by law.
